ISLAMABAD:In a new development on Friday, Pakistan PM's foreign advisor Sartaj Aziz said that Pakistan would soon write to India and invite it for a dialogue on the Kashmir issue,ToI reported.
Pakistan would invite India for a dialogue on J&K dispute. Our Foreign Secretary would formally be writing to his counterpart," Sartaj Aziz said on Friday.
This comes two days after Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh addressed Parliament on the Kashmir issue and said that India was willing to discuss only Pakistan-Occupied-Kashmir (POK) with Pakistan, and that the question of discussing Jammu and Kashmir with Islamabad just does not arise.
Attacking “Pakistan’s rhetoric in the on-going Kashmir crisis”, Rajnath had also rebuked the country’s bid to gain mileage from the situation and reiterated that “present state of uprising in Kashmir is sponsored by Pakistan”.
