SRINAGAR: Tension gripped Chewa and Zadoora areas of Pulwama district after residents recovered a bullet riddled body of a local youth Sunday morning.
Bilal Ahmad Malik, a 23 three year old student had left his home in Zadoora village on a motorbike last evening and had not returned. His bullet riddled body was found on a periphery of Chewa Kalan village this morning.
Residents said Bilal had left his home last evening on his motorcycle to drop his brother-in-law home in Kangan village in Murran area of the district.
Large number of people joined his funeral prayers which were offered amid pro-freedom and anti-India slogans.
