Bandipora: – Massive Protest and Clashes erupted between youth and forces in Bandipora district on Friday.
Soon after the culmination of Friday prayers, hundreds of protesters tried to march towards Gulshan chowk.
Witnesses said that forces lobbed dozens of tear-smoke and pepper gas shells to disperse the protesters, triggering clashes.
There were no immediate reports of any injuries. The ding-dong battles with the forces continued till this report was filed.
