Srinagar: The traders of Regal Chowk and adjoining marketplaces are offering discount of upto 50% ahead of the festival of Eid, while a helpline has also been started.
In a statement the RCTA General secretary Farhan kitab said most of the leading stores in the area are offering heavy discounts on a variety including readymade garments, footwear, electronics and domestic goods. Kitab said the discount would continue for the coming days even as the marketplace plans to keep shops open till late in the evening in the last 10 days of the fasting month of Ramazan.
He said for convenience of esteemed shoppers the shopkeepers have started a dedicated helpline which can be contacted in case of complaints. The valued customers can call on 7298698339, he said.
The shopkeepers said ample parking was available at the nearby press enclave
