Srinagar:- Minister of State for Tourism Ms Priya Sethi today said that the Government is currently focusing on strengthening existing tourism infrastructure to promote tourism.
Responding to a question raised by Mr Neelam Kumar Langeh, the Minister said that there is no proposal with the Government for development of Gandhari, Bhatni, Dessa, Rajgarh, Sarwadhar, Ladhadhar, Blandpur and Charota villages in Ramban constituency as tourist spots.
She, however, informed the House that after these areas are connected with roads, the promotion of eco-tourism/leisure tourism cannot be ruled out.
