Srinagar: After three days of cloudy weather with scant rainfall in the valley, the Meteorological department Thursday forecasted improvement in the weather for the coming week.
Director Met Sonam Lotus told KNS that weather will improve from tomorrow and the coming week will witness sunny days. There is no forecast of rainfall from tomorrow.
Lotus said the valley will witness sunshine from the coming three days (May 6, 7, 8) and sunshine with isolated rainfall and thundering on May 9, 10 and 11.
He said that on 7 and 8, there is a possibility of thundering due to moisture in the atmosphere.
Overall, the weather will remain fine, with more possibility sunshine and less chances of rain, he said. (KNS)
