Air India leaves female passenger in lurch

Srinagar: On the 11th of March, 2016, a female Kashmiri passenger, Ms. Yasmeen Bashir Beigh, travelling from Mumbai to Srinagar via Delhi, e ticket number 0982116195107 , PNR number Z4NKT travelling by Air India flight number AI 0821 was , according to the victim, left almost stranded by the Air India staff after suffering from an attack of high blood pressure. No proper medical care and attention was given to Ms. Yasmeen as she struggled with her sudden bout of illness. Ms. Yasmeen Bashir was enroute to Srinagar to attend the last rites of her relative.
After suffering from a bout of high blood pressure and an asthma attack, Ms. Yasmeen said, the Air India staff was most unhelpful. It took them a lot of time to organize medical care and attention for me. And then, after the Ambulance arrived, she was left stranded and uncared for a lot of time.
Ms. Bashir further alleged that , while it is the duty of AI staff to take care of her belongings, the staff was remiss in that too.
I luckily survived the sudden bout of illness but unfortunately my luggage was not taken care of. It, including valuables like shawls and jewellery, is still missing, claims Ms. Bashir.
Adding insult to injury, adds Ms. Bashir, Air India after being callous with me at the airport did not care about my luggage. It is missing in transit and AI claims helplessness.
This is terrible. I had a bad experience that I wish upon no passenger. It was all a nightmare for me and my family, asserts Ms. Bashir
