BANDIPORA: People here in north Kashmirs Bandipora district are all up in arms over dilapidated roads, erratic power supply and lack of basic amenities.
A delegation belonging to different areas of Bandipora district alleged that the district has been ignored by successive government as a result people have been facing immense hardships.
The district is lacking in every aspect. Dilapidated roads, lack of medical facilities, erratic power supply and shortage of drinking water have been giving tough time to the locals. Dilapidated roads in Chuntimulla Dardpora, Arin, Ayathmulla Bilal colony, Aloosa have not been macadamized for years, the delegation led by Haji Abul Samad told CNS.
Erratic power supply too gives sleepless nights to the people especially students. No official, politician or men at the helm of affairs give heed to our repeated pleas, they said and appealed Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti to take them out from the trouble. (CNS)
