Srinagar:- A Shariah conference on seeking answers to the various facets of medical insurance and joint business dealings in light of Islamic Shariah is being organized at Darul Uloom Raheemiyah Bandipora from 6th May to 8th May 2016.
The conference will host eminent Islamic Scholars from across the globe, who will unanimously try to seek answers to these questions in light of Shariah.
Speaking about the said conference, the Head of Darul Uloom Raheemiyah Molvi Rehamatullah Mir Qasmi said that it is the first of its kind in Kashmir. He said it is imperative from the history that such type of conferences were held occasionally particularly the conferences in which Hazrat Umar Bin Khatab, Hazrat Zaid Bin Sabit, Hazrat Abdullah Bin Masood, Hazrat Ali, Hazrat Abi Bin Kaeb and Hazrat Abu Musa Ashari participated.
He said that in 1970, Jamitul Ulema Hind established Idarat ul Mubahisa Alfaqiyah under the guidance of renowned scholar Moulana Mohammad Mein, who served as its author and editor-in-chief till his death. He said that till date 11 such Fiqah seminars were held where Ulemas deliberated on various issues and sought answers to different questions in light of Shariah.
He said that this is 12th conference on Fiqah being organized at Darul Uloom Raheemiyah, where answers to various facets of medical insurances and issues arising out of running joint businesses would be sought as per Shariah.
