Anantnag: MLA Devsar, Mohammad Amin Bhat, today took a tour of various areas of Devsar constituency to take stock of damage caused to the horticulture crops due to the recent hailstorm. The MLA was also accompanied by Teshildar Kund andTeshildar Devsar.
While interacting with the fruit growers and farmers, Bhat expressed his sympathyand assured to provide every possible support to them in order to compensate for their losses. He also said that his office would provide guidance and assistance to the farmers so that they will be able to minimise the damages caused by various environmental factors and pests to their crops. He further added that the government had already taken appropriate measures for the same and a team to access the damage properly, has already be made.
