The outskirts of the town? Khrew is surrounded by forests. Illegal loggers set such precious forests ablaze destroying about half an acre of rainforest every day which is reduced to ashes. The main cause of setting such forests ablaze is timber theft. It is the home of thousands of species of wildlife which are getting severely affected and leaves their survival in difficulty. This felonious activity against forests as well as wildlife forces wild animals to move to residential areas nearby to forests thus putting inhabitants in danger. ?Natives of the town are helpless to stop such illegal activity ?which threatens environment, climate and wildlife.? Despite protecting our nature, the concerned personnel are shutting their eyes?. ?They ?must monitor and patrol the forestry area to ensure that illegal logging doesnt take place and should also manage to reduce timber theft in the area.
