New Delhi:- Former RAW cheif A.S Dulat who has served as Atal Bihari Vajpayees advisor on Kashmir affairs says it is Mehboobas time and legitimately, it is her turn to become the chief minister of the state.
Longer you take, more complex would the things become in the state. Mehbooba has to reconcile and take a final call, Dulat said.
What is the need of an hour is that the PDP chief should have exhibited much delay. The things are going on at a very slower place. Either side hasnt gained anything by the deadlock, said the former Raw Chief.
He added that Mehbooba should take a final call, rather she should have taken the same earlier.
Stating that the main reason for Mehboobas reluctance is that she is aware of what her father has been through during the past 10 months of the government in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. There are political considerations in her mind at present. She is contemplating and weighing each and every option. But I believe that her time to assume office of the chief minister has come.
