SRINAGAR: Police arrested four thieves and recovered six stolen cows from them.
Bandipora Police following a tip off intercepted a mini truck at main market Bandipora and on its checking recovered six stolen cows. Four people who were transporting these cows from Shopian to Bandipora have been arrested and further investigation has been taken up.
Stolen cows and the vehicle involved were handed over to the Shopian Police.
