BUDGAM: For the past two months burglars have wreaked havoc in Faizabad Colony Naik Bagh in Nowgam area of Srinagar, residents alleged on Friday.
A delegation of the residents while talking to CNS said: Dozens of theft episodes occurred in the area in the recent past and jewelry and cash worth lakhs of rupees has been stolen by the burglars from these localities.
They appealed Police to take cognizance of these thefts. The police have not been able to nab the culprits thereby giving sleepless nights to the residents of this colony as the burglaries continue to occur unabated. (CNS)
