Srinagar: With regard to inquiry going on in the killing of engineering student Gowhar Nazir of Zainakot Srinagar, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) Tuesday clarified that it is solely a magisterial matter and we anticipate the truthful outcome of this enquiry and will obey the outcome of judicial report with respect and regards.
Spokesperson CRPF Aishish Kumar Jah in a press communiqué said: with reference to the news published in some newspaper titled:- CRPF gives clean chit to its men and likewise Dated 04/01/2016 regarding alleged killing of youth by CRPF personnel in Zainakote on 07/11/2015, It is pertinent to mention here that Judicial Enquiry which is the most trustworthy instrument of establishing fact in our system, will definitely bring about the actual cause behind the death of deceased youth during agitation.
