Poonch: Army Monday repatriated a resident of Pakistan-controlled Kashmir, who inadvertently crossed over to this side on December 16 in Poonch district . “One Abdul Rehman, resident of Barnala Tehsil, Bhimber, PcK had inadvertently crossed over to India on December 16,” a Defence spokesman said here.
He said Indian Army, in a humanitarian gesture, informed Pakistan about his details. “After confirmation by Pakistan Govt, he was repatriated today at Chakan-da-Bagh crossing on the LoC in the Poonch,” the spokesman added.
