NEW DELHI — A Border Security Force aircraft crashed near the Dwarka area in Delhi on Tuesday morning, killing all 10 persons on board including the pilot, co-pilot, and eight passengers.
The Ranchi-bound BSF aircraft crashed just minutes after taking-off after 9:30 am.
Home Minister Rajnath Singh visited the crash site after 11:00 am.
“BSF aircraft crashed immediately after take-off,” said Mahesh Sharma, who heads the Ministry of Civil Aviation. “All 10 people on board dead.”
“Details about how, why the crash happened will be known after enquiry is over,” he said.
