SRINAGAR; Fire broke out in residential houses of Grattebal area in Srinagars Nawa Kadal Saturday morning damaging four houses.
An official of the Fire and Emergency services said that fire was brought under control.
Seven fire tenders were immediately pressed to service to bring the fire under control, the official said.
But the fire has caused extensive damage to four three-storeyed houses, he said.
The reason of fire and estimate of loss to the houses were yet to be ascertained, the official said.
