Srinagar: Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik on Friday said the people of Jammu and Kashmir are fighting a war of their future and welfare.
He said Kashmiris are a living nation and know how to safeguard their identity, dignity, and honor and continue their freedom struggle against all odds.
“Our struggle for freedom is actually based on truth and justice and we have been shown and taught this way of continuous struggle by spiritual leaders like Makhdoom Sahib (RA), he said.
Malik while addressing people at the shrine of Sultan-ul-Aarifeen Makhdhoom Sahab (RA) said that if India, Pakistan and the world want to promote peace, stability, property, tolerance and brotherhood in this region, they all will have to accept the owner status of Kashmiris and take positive steps to resolve this issue keeping in view the sacrifices, aspirations and struggle of Kashmiris.
