Kulalumpur: Malaysia’s airports operator is looking for the owners of three Boeing 747 aircrafts “abandoned” at the country’s airport, the media reported on Tuesday.
The Malaysia Airports Holdings filed a notice in a local newspaper on Monday, giving the owners of three Boeing 747-200F a specific period to collect the planes parked at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Xinhua reported.
If the owners fail to collect their aircraft within 14 days of the notice, the airports operator reserve the right to sell or otherwise dispose of the aircraft and “use the money raised to set off any expenses and debts due”, the notice said.
