ANANTNAG: The District Screening Committee under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Anantnag Wednesday cleared 9 cases for relief and rehabilitation out of 10 cases of militancy related. Out of the 6 cases, exgratia relief of Rs one lakh each was sanctioned in favour to the next of kin of 4 militancy related death cases and one case was deferred for the next meeting.
A property damage case was also cleared in the said meeting. The committee also cleared 3 SRO-43 cases, including one from MC Anantnag, one from 12th IRP BN Mattan and one from JKAP 8th BN Manasbal besids one Judicial case was also cleared.
