SRINAGAR: Expressing shock over opening of case after eight years, chairman of Democratic Liberation Front (DLF), Hashim Qureshi Tuesday asked the state government to come clear why they are harassing him by one way or other.
The police has reportedly called at his residence and asked him and others about the case filed in 2008 under sections 148, 337, 347, 427, 341, 323, RPC.
It seems that police officials were in deep slumber or the officials are playing such kind of tactics on the directions of state government, Hashim said. (KNS)
