JAMMU: Governor N.N. Vohra has spoken personally to Northern Army Commander, Lt Gen D. S. Hooda and GOC 15 Corps, Lt Gen S.K. Dua, to convey his grief over the loss of Colonel Santosh Mahadik, CO, 41 RR, a decorated Special Forces officer, who was killed in an encounter with militants in Kupwara district. The Governor has conveyed his heartfelt sympathy to gallant officers wife and family.
