The postponement of 10th class Social Science paper scheduled on 17th November 2015 by Board of School Education (BOSE) at the eleventh hour clearly indicates dismal performance of the board authorities. It looks the authorities are not serious in keeping the secrecy of examination papers. After the Social Science paper got leaked three days before the scheduled date of exam at some centers in Budgam, the BOSE Chairman categorically made an announcement in the media that the examination of Social Science paper will be conducted on the scheduled date. It is strange to see the insensitive approach of the BOSE without knowing weather they can prepare revised question papers in very short span of time.
Why paper was postponed at the eleventh hour and not a day before scheduled date. Infact paper should have been postponed the day it got leaked. This is a sheer injustice with the students who were ready to appear in Examination on 17th Nov. The Govt. seems helpless to look into the affairs of BOSE.
