SRINAGAR: District Court Shopian Friday sent 67 youth arrested on the charges of disrupting law and order in the region to three day judicial custody.
The court has directed police to shift these youth to Central Jail Srinagar for three days. Reports said police produced chalan in the court today.
Pertinent to mention here that the these youths were arrested after the killing of LeT Commander Abu Qasim as according to police they were asking shopkeepers to observe shutdown in Shopian district. The police also seized five vehicles they were traveling in. GNS
