SRINAGAR: The government has ordered transfer of DIG Traffic Kashmir, Mr. Alok Kumar and posted him as DIG Armed Jammu.
DIG (CKR), Mr. Ghulam Hassan Bhat has been given the charge of the post of DIG Traffic, Kashmir in addition to his own duties till further orders.
According to an another government order Mr. Bhat has also been asked to hold charge of the post of DIG (North Kashmir Baramulla) in addition to his own duties till Mr. Garib Dass returns from election duties as Police Observer in Bihar.
