SRINAGAR: Minister of Finance, labour and employment and culture Dr Haseeb A Drabu today released Late Syed Ghulam Rasool Ghayoors book Sirras Cha Jaam Naelduring a function at Tagore Hall.
The book was released to a jam pack audience comprising of leaders, writers and people from different walks of life. The speakers praised the late author for his contribution towards art and literature of Kashmir. Till date six books of late Ghayoor have been published. The day was also celebrated as the Ghulam Rasool Day on the eve of his death anniversary.
Dr Drabu was the chief guest on the occasion and renowned poet Prof Rahman Rahi was guest of honour. Secretary Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art Culture and Languages Dr Abdul Aziz Hajini, renowned physician Dr Ghulam Qadir Allaqaband and Syed Showkat Ghayoor son of late Ghayoor were present on the occasion.
