SRINAGAR: The Cabinet which met here today under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed ordered following transfers and postings in the Civil Administration.
Mr. Sundeep Kumar Nayak, Principal Secretary to the Government, Power Development Department, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to the Government, Relief and Rehabilitation Department, vice Mr Dheeraj Gupta who has been posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Power Development Department.
Mr. Nayak shall also be the Chief Executive Officer, Project Monitoring Unit of the New World Bank Project.
Mr. Raj Kumar Goyal, Principal Secretary to the Government, Home Department, shall hold the charge of the post of Financial Commissioner Revenue, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Mr. Shailendra Kumar, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Labour and Employment Department has been transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary to Government, Industries and Commerce Department. He shall hold the charge of the post of Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Labour and Employment Department, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Mr. Saleem Mohammad, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department has been posted as Additional Commissioner in the office of Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, against an available vacancy.
Mr. Mohammad Javed Khan, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department has been posted as Custodian General, J&K, relieving Mr. Shahid Anayatullah, of the additional charge.
Mr. Saugat Biswas, Deputy Commissioner, Kishtwar has been transferred and posted as Project Director, Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan, vice Ms. Deepti Uppal, who shall await further orders in the GAD. He shall hold the charge of the post of Project Director, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Mr. Kuldip Lal Khajuria, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department has been posted as Special Secretary to the Government, Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj.
Mr. Talat Parvez Iqbal Rohella, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department has been posted as Director, Floriculture, Kashmir, relieving Mr. Ravinder Kumar, Deputy Secretary to the Government, Floriculture Department, of the additional charge.
Mr. Anil Kumar Gupta, awaiting orders of adjustment in the office of Divisional Commissioner, Jammu has been posted as Secretary in the J&K State Electricity Regulatory Commission, vice Mr. Abdul Hamid, who shall await further orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department.
Mr. Ajay Singh Jamwal, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department has been posted as Joint Transport Commissioner, J&K, vice Mr. Narinder Singh Bali.
Mr. Gulzar Hussain, Director, Tribal Affairs, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Project Director, DRDA, Kargil, against an available vacancy.
Mr. Avtar Singh Chib, Additional District Development Commissioner, Kishtwar, has been posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Rajouri, vice Mr. Veerji Hangloo.
Mr. Ghulam Nabi Balwan, Secretary, J&K State Information Commission, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Kishtwar, vice Mr. Saugat Biswas.
Mr. Veerji Hangloo, Additional District Development Commissioner, Rajouri has been transferred and posted as Director, Social Welfare, Jammu, vice Mr. M.S. Choudhary.
Mr. M.S. Choudhary, KAS, Director, Social Welfare, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Director, Tribal Affairs, J&K, vice Mr. Gulzar Hussain.
Mr. Narinder Singh Bali, Joint Transport Commissioner, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Doda, against an available vacancy.
Mr. Farooq Ahmad Shah, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department has been posted as Special Secretary to the Government, Revenue Department.
Mr. Mohammad Harun Malik, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Poonch, vice Mr. Nisar Ahmad Wani.
Mr. Nisar Ahmad Wani, KAS, Deputy Commissioner, Poonch, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Government, Information Technology Department.
Mr. Mahmood Ahmad Shah, Regional Transport Officer, Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Joint Director, Tourism, Kashmir, against an available vacancy. He shall hold the charge of the post of Director, Tourism, Kashmir, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Mr. Shafqat Iqbal, Joint Director, Information, Kashmir, shall hold the charge of the post of Regional Transport Officer, Kashmir, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Mr. Vinod Sharma, Director, Safeguards, Economic Reconstruction Agency has been transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer, J&K Economic Reconstruction Agency, in his substantive pay scale, relieving Administrative Secretary, Planning and Development Department of the additional charge.
Mr. Daleep Thusoo, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department has been posted as Managing Director, J&K Project Construction Corporation Limited, vice Abdul Hamid Sheikh.
Abdul Hamid Sheikh, Managing Director, J&K Project Construction Corporation Limited has been transferred and posted as Chief Engineer, PMGSY, Jammu, vice Mr. Nayeem Ahmad, who shall await further orders of adjustment in the Public Works (R&B) Department.
Mr. P.L. Bhushan, under orders of posting as Incharge Chief Engineer, SKUAST, Kashmir, be posted as Chief Engineer, J&K Police Housing Corporation.
Mr. G.N. Qasba, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department has been posted as Mission Director, National Rural Livelihood Mission, J&K.
