BARAMULLAH: With a view to ensure smooth conduct of Higher Secondary Part II (12th class) Examination. Bi-annual session 2015 from 13-10-2015, District Magistrate Baramulla, Yasha Mudgal, has ordered Section 144 CrPC to remain in force around examination centres in the district.
By virtue of section 144 CrPC the deputy commissioner has ordered prohibition of any congregation of five or more persons and carrying any copying material in or around the examinations centres notified by the JKBOSE to curb the menace of copying and upholding the sanctity of the examinations in the district.
