SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) Tuesday alleged that the present ruling regime of J&K was deliberately promoting hatred among various religious communities and hence communalizing Jammu Kashmir.
The worst kind of state sponsored violence in Jammu Kashmir is being promoted by the same rulers, a statement of the outfit said. JKLF will stage a peaceful protest sit-in against choking political space, spree of arrests, restrictions and ban on all kind of activities and promoting religious hatred in Jammu Kashmir. This sit-in will be held on Friday, 9th October 2015 at Lal Chowk.
Head of the outfit, Yasin Malik, said the present ruling regime is actually been run from Nagpur and is trying to change the discourse of freedom struggle by raising non-issues.
PDP-BJP regime is promoting hatred between various communities and the only aim of this is to communalize atmosphere, make people fight one another and thus strengthen the illegal occupation of India on Jammu.
Malik paid tributes to the mother of the zonal president Noor Muhammad Kalwal who passed away recently.
