SRINAGAR: Minister for Agriculture, Mr. Ghulam Nabi Lone Hanjura today reviewed Urs arrangements of Sheikh Noor-ud-Din Wali (RA) in a meeting with the district administration Budgam.
The Minister directed the district administration to ensure foolproof arrangements for Urs. He directed the concerned to ensure transport, medicare facility and adequate drinking water for the devotees during the Urs.
Mr. Hanjura directed the district administration to ensure sufficient quantity of ration, K-oil and LPG to local people in view of Urs. He directed the district administration to ensure additional quota of essential commodities and other requirements including K-oil and LPG to local people during the Urs.
The Minister also inspected the ongoing construction work of Grand Mosque (Khanakah) at Chrar-e-Sharief. He was informed that an amount of Rs 24.82 Crore have been spent on the project so far.
