SRINAGAR: A Kashmiri journalist have been selected for international journalism fellowship program of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
According to the Radio Netherland Training Centre (RNTC), a center of excellence in media, development and education, which is organising the course under a NFP-fellowship from the NUFFIC, Irfan Quraishi, a Srinagar based journalist have been selected for international course “Broadcast and Multimedia Journalism- 2016” from India.
Irfan Quraishi is a mid career proffessional in print and electronic media who is working with chandigarh based national news channel as bureau chief besides has worked as sub Editor in some local dailies from last six years.
The program is administered by Netherlands University Foundation for International Cooperation (NUFFIC) , the Netherlands Organisation for International Cooperation in Higher Education under NFP fellowship.
The fellowships were awarded to the mid career proffessionals in Asia under NFP. Pertinently RNTC is an internationally renowned media training institute, based in the Netherlands.
