SRINAGAR: The Indian Red Cross Kashmir chapter Saturday held its annual lucky bag draw 2015 at Government Girls Higher Secondary School Kothibagh Srinagar.
Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, Dr. Asgar Samoon was the chief guest of the function.
Dr Samoon highlighted the importance of Red Cross and said that more people particularly youth should be motivated towards Red Cross.
