I along with many of my neighbours could not submit the ration card form on time. I tried hard to submit the form but it was not accepted on the reasons that its date of submission has already expired.
Some days back I went to the ration ghat to take monthly ration but I was denied owing to non-submission of ration card. I am a ration card holder from the past 70 years.
Fresh ration card holders are getting their monthly ration but a century old card holder is being denied the rations only because I could not submit a form.
I understand I could not submit the form on time but should that deny me my right? Im not asking for any favour but something which is my right and I must get it without any further delay.
In order to feed my family, I may please be issued ration card on humanitarian grounds. I request the authorities in the CAPD to look in to issue to entertain my form and issue ration card in my favour.
Others too who have missed to submit their forms on time may also be considered for the issuance of the card.
