BANDIPORA: Days after the suspension of a Forester in North Kashmir, the Forest Association Employees Friday said that if the suspension order is not revoked and action is not initiated against the erring DFO by Saturday, they will start agitation and will stage protest at district headquarter.
Forest Officer, Muhammad Akbar Parray, was suspended by the DFO Bandipora after the duo entered into an argument over the felling of hollow trees in Mukdamyari Hajin area of Bandipora district. The employees had alleged that DFO not only manhandled the Forest Officer but also abused him and subsequently suspended him.
