U-19 Boys Football tourney:
SRINAGAR: On the 2nd day of the U-19 boys inter-district state level football tournament, twelve quarter finals were played at different venues.
In the Pool matches, Srinagar defeated Shopian, 8-0, Budgam defeated Kishtawar, 7-0, , Baramulla defeated Pulwama, 6-0, Poonch defeated Ramban, 4-0, Ganderbal defeated Kupwara, 3-0, Jammu defeated Kathua, 3-0.
Matches between Udhampur & Samba and Bandipora & Anantnag ended in a draw.
In the knockout stage, four matches were played in which Srinagar defeated Anantnag, 7-1, Ganderbal defeated Jammu, 1-0, Bandipora defeats Poonch, 5-1, Baramulla defeated District Budgam, 4-1, securing their places in the semifinals
The semifinals will be played on 04 September 2015 at Bakshi Stadium and SP College Srinagar.
