Rs. 55,000 on 13 business operators in Srinagar
SRINAGAR, AUGUST 24: The Court of Adjudicating Officer district Srinagar imposed a fine of Rs. 55,000 on 13 Food Business Operators for manufacturing/selling of food articles in insanitary conditions. The Food Business Operators who have been fined include Butchers, Nanvayees and Bakers.
Meanwhile, Food Safety Wing of Drug and Food Control Organization has filed 13 more cases against various Food Business Operators for violating different provisions of Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 Rules and Regulation 2011.
