SRINAGAR: Taking strong exception to Indian foreign Minister, Sushma Swarajs statement on inclusion of Kashmiris as a third party in Indo-Pak talks, JKLF Chairman Yasin Mallik termed the ministers statement far from reality and absurd.
Kashmiri people are not a third party but real owners of Jammu Kashmir and principle party to the dispute, Malik said.
Referring to Ms. Swarajs statement where she had alluded to the Shimla pact wherein no third party was to be involved in Indo Pakistan talks and that , in this instance, Kashmiris were the third party, Yasin Malik stated that, if Shimla accord was sought to be mentioned so ,it was never about Kashmiris but pertained to other nations like USA,UK etc. By applying this to Kashmiris, Sushma Swaraj merely proved her ignorance and she was far from reality, Mallik said.
