SRINAGAR: The Chief Electoral Officer, Jammu and Kashmir, Shantmanu today held a Video Conference with District Election Officers (DEOs) of Kashmir Division including Leh and Kargil districts.
The CEO sought status and action plan for special summary revision of electoral rolls with qualifying date as 1st January, 2016. He also enquired about MIS report of respective districts, strengthening of the offices of District Election Officers and Electoral Registration Officers, public grievance redressal, training and related issues besides the issue of election expenditure, monitoring and election expenses of Lok Sabha and Assembly Elections-2014.
