SRINAGAR: The Divisional Administration Kashmir, Dr Asgar Hassan Samoon, in a meeting Wednesday said the government is working on a proposal to establish emergency operation centres in all the districts of the Valley.
The meeting was attended by all the Deputy Commissioners of the Valley, Chief Engineers of R&B, Flood Control Kashmir, Police and other officers.
Samoon stressed upon all concerned authorities for preparation of Disaster Management Plan and submit it to the higher authorities for accord of sanction.
