Srinagar: Three more Amarnath piligrims died enroute to holy cave taking the death toll to 12, a police official said.
The police official said that three Yatris identified as Nandi Singh (45) of Maharashtra, Rameshvarji (65) of Madhya Pradesh and Sanjay Nodia (46) of Pune died enroute to the holy cave.
While as the Nandi Singh and Rameshvarji died at Baltal, Sanjay died at Railpathri in Pahalgam.
The bodies of the deceased would be handed over to their families after legal formalities, the official said.
