Srinagar: Srinagar police has booked a shopkeeper for selling expired essential commodities in Panthchowk area here this afternoon.
On a tip off, a police party of Police Station Panthchowk raided a shop at Khonmuh.
On checking of the shop, police recovered expired essential commodities, which included edible oil, ghee and milk. The expired items were seized and shopkeeper has been taken into custody. Panthchowk police has registered a case against the offender.
