Srinagar: Special Operation Group (SOG) of police last night raided the house of Islamic Students League (ISL) president Sheikh Musaib and detained him for questioning, GNS reported on Tuesday.
Musaib, whose real name is Feroz Amin Sheikh and is a resident of Umar Colony in Lal Bazar, recently joined the ISL and was nominated as its president.
Musaib is still detained and is being questioned by SOG, sources said.
Pertinently, ISL patron Shakeel Bakshi was also sent to five day remand by a Srinagar Court in connection with a case of year 2007.
