Jummu: A Border Security Force (BSF) trooper Tuesday lost his life after slipping from a watch tower in Akhnoor area of Jammu district.
A police official while identifying the deceased trooper as constable G. Krishen of 89 BSF battalion said that he fell from the sentry tower while on night duty at unit headquarters in Akhnoor area of Jammu district,” a senior police officer said.
“He was immediately shifted to hospital for treatment. But doctors declared him brought dead, he said.
