More among many state run offices, I can see the department of school education confused or unable to deliver per rule, the issues confronting people who are made to suffer. I am shocked to see the DSEK for not being able to make his subordinate officers answerable, accountable, after I made a representation to him not one but many times. I don’t see any reason for the officers who keep people hanging on one or the other pretext, to occupy the chair, that embarrasses the commoners. What action the DSEK initiated against the erring officers for not operating the wait list of class IV candidates of district Srinagar, which is hanging in the balance from the past more than 9 months without substantial reason which itself speaks a mystery in the department. My sister is in the wait list of class IV candidates of sgr. district and should have been given the formal order without anybody’s intervention. An impression is created in my mind as to how to get the case solved. Should I approach the CM or the Minister concerned as they are committed to eradicate the corruption or bribe. If it is not kept pending for bribery then what? that I wants to know from the DSEK. My sister is in the wait list for which she has been making rounds of the CEO sgr and the DSEK with the hope to get the list operated, a sad state of affair on the part of DSEK who has miserably failed to tighten the noose of officers who are unable to deliver.
Commissioner secretary school education, JK, Minister concerned and the CM may like to have a look on the happenings in the department. What the govt is talking to rejuneviate the department, I fail to understand in absence of accountability or any reformation in the system.
