Srinagar: As many as 29 militants have been killed in counter-infiltration and anti-militancy operations in Kashmir this year so far. “A total of 29 terrorists were eliminated in operations along the Line of Control and in the hinterland,” a defence spokesman said after a high-level security review meeting held at Army’s Badamibagh Headquarters here.
The meeting took stock of the results of the counter infiltration and counter terrorist operations in 2015 so far and reviewed the overall security situation in the Valley to draw out the future security strategy, the spokesman said.
