Srinagar: Demanding regularization of their services Daily wagers of Floriculture Department Friday staged a peaceful protest at Municipal Park Srinagar.
Holding banners and placards in their hands they raised slogans against the governments failure to address their demands of regularization and framing of wage policy.
The protesting employees said that government has failed to regularize them despite working as daily wagers for the department from more than last 15 years.
We have become victims of bad politics, but we will not stop fighting for our genuine rights, General Secretary Floriculture Employees Association Muhammad Younis said.
