Srinagar: Police and forest protection force in a joint operation seized a huge quantity of forest medicine in North Kashmirs Boniyar area from the possession of two persons.
The 72 Kgs of Tripatri (a forest medicine) was seized from two persons namely Ghulam Husain and Tariq Ahmad. Also a Tavera (JK05D 8315) has been taken into custody.
A case has been registered against the duo with the FIR number 379/33/015 under 6 Forest Act.
Concerned DFO said such actions shall remain continue until the illicit smuggle in the area would not stop
