Srinagar: A paramilitary Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) constable posted at the house of State Minister for Youth Services and sports and IT Thursday Imran Raza Ansari was injured in an accidental fire, police said here.
A police spokesman said identified the injured Constable as Devinder Singh of 44 Battalion.
He was performing duties at residential guard of Minister for Youth Services and sports and IT in Qamarwari, the spokesman said in a statement.
The CRPF man was immediately rushed to hospital and his condition is stated to be stable.
