Srinagar: The Border Security Force (BSF) Thursday claimed that a Pakistan intruder was shot dead by them along International Border (IB) in Samba district.
An official of the BSF said that 32 year old Amanat Ali, son of Rasheed Ahmad, was shot when he came near the fence along IB at two out posts in Samba Sector.
The man died on the spot, the BSF official said, adding four identity cards, wallet, some amount of Pakistan currency and few other objects including a packet of needle was recovered from his possession.
